FEIRAN GROUP OF COMPANIES

FEIRAN Group of Companies is a collection of parent and subsidiary corporations that function as a single economic entity through a common source of control. The concept of this group is frequently used to attribute the rights and duties of one member of the group to another or the whole. The forming of this corporate group involves consolidation via mergers and acquisitions, although the group concept focuses on the instances in which the merged and acquired corporate entities remain in existence rather than the instances in which they are dissolved by the parent.

FEIRAN Group of Companies is a group of companies that does business in different markets under common administrative and financial control whose members are linked by relations of interpersonal trust on the basis of similar personal ethnic or commercial background. FEIRAN Group of Companies have been established since February 2004 and now operates in a 12,000 sqft office space at PJ Trade Center with more than 50 employees. We have a paid up and authorized capital of RM 5 million and are registered with the Ministry of Finance and holds a Bumiputra status.
